Return Policy

At KnotsbyAMP, we specialize in providing professional wedding photography services. As our offerings are service-based and do not involve the sale of physical products, we do not have a return policy.

No Returns Applicable

Since all deliverables, including digital images, videos, and albums, are provided as part of our professional services, returns are not applicable. Once the final deliverables have been shared with the Client, they are considered final and non-returnable.

Quality Assurance

We are committed to delivering high-quality photography and videography services. If the Client has concerns regarding the final deliverables, they may communicate them to KnotsbyAMP, and we will address such concerns in accordance with the terms outlined in the contract.

Contractual Agreement

The terms and conditions regarding service delivery, modifications, and quality concerns are detailed in the contract provided to the Client during the onboarding process. We encourage all Clients to review the contract thoroughly before confirming the booking.
